I don't usually leap with reckless abandon on a pier in Annecy, France, but when I do, I look like this.
I am a graduate of the University of North Texas, bachelors degree of journalism in strategic communications, minoring in creative writing while my advertising focus was art direction.
I've always been the kind of person that is constantly doing something creative, whether it be writing, drawing, analyzing, or daydreaming. My favorite is that last one because it's where all my creativity stems from. I'm called many things: artist, sister, daughter, friend, wife, cat mother, crazy, etc. But I think the best and shortest summary of all those is "Kenzie."
I am looking for any type of creative work: writing, drawing, graphic design, full-time, part-time, contract, project-based; you name it! I would love to chat with you about your needs and how I can help. I look forward to working on something great together!
Contrasting Ads
Using the same image, we were tasked with creating contrasting ads. I chose to make an ad for a cosmetics company, leaning into bright beauty, contrasting with an ad against makeup that has a cold tone.
ICEs vs EVs Infographic
After doing research on the CO2 emissions of ICEs (internal combustion engines) and EVs (electric vehicles), we created infographics to display and compare the data we found. I decided on smoke stacks for a visual representation of CO2 emissions.
Mean, Median and Average
In learning infographics, we were asked to show the difference between mean, median, and average using a real or created data set and by making an infographic. I went for simple, with clear marking and color coordination.
